This cutscene will introduce you to the Thin Man. Here, you’ll find another TV to interact with. She’ll boost you up to open it, then head down the hallway towards the open door on your right. When the cutscene ends, rescue Six and make your way to the door on your right. Keep running until it all comes crumbling down. When you reach the door, push on it with Six’s help to get through. Unfortunately, this whole building is crumbling, so you’ll have to run through it. Crawl through and you’ll be back in a hallway. Then, climb the pipe next to it up to the open window. ![]() Once she’s on the other side, jump over and she’ll catch you.Ĭlimb up both ladders until you reach a broken one. She’ll boost you up to reach it, then just turn it until the hanger is near her and turn it again to get her across. You’ll find a contraption you can use to carry Six across. Then, climb up the wall to the awning and make your way across the roof. Then, pull the cage towards the door to open it and meet back up with Six. Here, you’ll find more glitching remains. Head right and climb through the window next to the door. You’ll be able to see the Signal Tower from here. Now, head back to the main area and go through the hole in the wall on the right. Climb through here to find glitching remains. From this area, move the box on the left to reveal a vent. Now, wait a bit, then jump on the top of the elevator. Have Six boost you up again to pull the switch so it comes back up. So, head inside the elevator and flip the switch so it goes down, then run back out. The hanging man in the first game, the chair under him, and the door he's hanging in front of is almost a picture-perfect view of the last scene of Mono sitting in a chair as the Thin Man in the second game.Head to the room on the left and you’ll find the key in the first drawer on the bottom right. If that's not enough, more observant players might have noticed that one of the first scenes in the original – one that caught the attention of everyone – can be directly connected with the end of the second game. Also, the raging hunger in Six appears only in the secret ending of the second game, therefore fans believe that this is where her chronic hunger sets in.Īnother detail in the second game is the boxes and ads in the second game, implying that the boat is not yet on the water. She only finds the yellow coat later in Little Nightmares 2, hinting, that chronologically it takes place before The Maw. Regarding the characters in the second game, Six is way less self-confident and independent in the second game, and what's more important: she's not wearing her coat. This can either mean that players can connect the dots by recognizing a prequel, or it can mean that it contains flashbacks and easter eggs from the first game, but players can't be sure. ![]() ![]() One major question the creators didn't address is: is Little Nightmares 2 a prequel? The only hint Tarsier Studios provided came from the senior narrative designer of the game: "What you learn in Little Nightmares 2 will indirectly explain to you.what kind of a world can create something so terrible." (Referring to The Maw).
